He was honest, fair and didn't even blink an eye when I changed my mind to another car the next day. He arranged to have a tow hitch installed the very next day. We had a minor issue with the parking light. The maintenance team ordered and replaced the whole unit for us. Don sent us home with a loaner vehicle and personally delivered our Renegade a few days later. Based on price, service, and quality I would recommend Novak without hesitation.
