Excellent customer service This was our first purchase from Novak Motors in Lebanon, NJ and based on how it went, it won't be our last. We were looking to replace our mid-sized This was our first purchase from Novak Motors in Lebanon, NJ and based on how it went, it won't be our last. We were looking to replace our mid-sized SUV and since we live in the area and saw a Land Rover Discovery on the lot, figured it'd be easy to test drive it there instead of going to Princeton to the dealership. We initially didn't consider buying from Novak as we were looking for a certified pre-owned dealer vehicle. Don and Howard changed all that. We test drove 3 Discoveries that day at Novak, one of which was Howard's, and told Don we needed to do some research on the vehicle. He printed out Edmunds, CarFax and other details on the vehicle's reliability and history and dropped it by our house later that night! Talk about going above and beyond. We'd test driven vehicles at BMW and Mercedes and there was no xxu from the sales people. Don followed up with me regularly as we considered what car we wanted to purchase. We decided we didn't want the cars on their lot in Lebanon but knew we wanted to buy a car from from Don and Novak if at all possible. We found what we were looking for on their lot in NY and Don facilitated the transfer to NJ. The car is beautiful and we are happy with our purchase and experience at Novak. More

Very professional Wesley was easy to work with along with the finance guy. I don't remember the man's name that handled the money, but he explained all of the paperwo Wesley was easy to work with along with the finance guy. I did end up buying an extended warranty, but I always do and the pressure wasn't overbearing to get it. I did most communication with Wesley via text and email. He drew up the paperwork ahead of time so I really wasn't there too long. I would purchase from them again. More

Fantastic Car Buying Experience I cannot say enough about the experience I had at Novak with Tom, Howard and Jeff - the best car buying experience I have ever had from start to finis I cannot say enough about the experience I had at Novak with Tom, Howard and Jeff - the best car buying experience I have ever had from start to finish. Tom was responsive and knowledgeable from the start and also a great guy to talk with, so while we whether we were test driving or waiting for paperwork it was enjoyable and relaxed. Howard was the same, very knowledgeable and helpful around the car and it’s features - he had actually drove the car himself and shared his honest feedback on his drive and another great guy to work with. Jeff was just more of the same, easy and relaxed to work with and helped my family out tremendously in getting the the numbers that would work for us. The kicker of all this is these guys hung around with a monsoon and tornado warning outside to work with me, to clean out my old car and get the new one ready to roll. Thank you Tom, Howard and Jeff. First rate from start to finish. I will be back, they just got a customer for life. More
