What a wonderful experience! Novak Motors NY has a beautiful indoor showroom with a wide range of vehicle makes and models. We were drawn to that variety, since my wife and I did not have a specific car in mind. Almost all of the vehicles come with lifetime powertrain warranties. Wayne, our salesperson, is just wonderful to work with. He is attentive but not at all pushy. He answered our questions, in person and over the phone and text, but it never felt like he was trying to force us to buy. The Honda Pilot we purchased is a beauitful SUV that had a very fair sticker price. No haggling! It really was a wonderful buying experience. I have already recommended Novak to friends and family. One of our relatives highly recommended Novak of Farmingdale, so we decided to give them a try. We were so glad since we had an excellent buying experience. He explained how Novak selects the cars they sell and try to find cars with low milage, one owner, great condition, etc. The price for our 2018 Honda Pilot was really great. It was so nice not having a high-pressure sale and no constant back and forth. The price also included a lifetime powertrain warranty. That will certainly give us peace of mind. Greg walked us efficiently through the finance process. It turned out he was a saleperson a while back and was the person who sold out relatives their car.
