My lease was ending soon and I really wanted to get into a grand Cherokee again. I decided to buy this time around. A friend referred me here to see Scott and I was not disappointed. The cars are all lined up with plenty of room to look at each one. It was organized and I was not attacked when walking through the doors which was a relief. This was hands down the easiest experience I've ever had buying a car. I have had NIGHTMARE experiences with my other two leases. I think I've cried both times from how horribly I was cheated and treated. This time was much different ! I left feeling confident and so happy with my decision. Scott was so down to earth and by no means pushy. He put in the extra effort to help me pick a car and gave me the car fax without me even asking. They hustled to have the car detailed and ready for me to take the same day. The financial advisor was so friendly and made sure everything was extremely clear. I was not confused and I was happy not to see 15 extra charges on top of the final price. What Scott told me was exactly what I paid. The advisor helped me find the best rate which was slightly above what I was hoping for but still such a great rate ! He helped get my monthly payment below what I wanted which was awesome. I've had the truck for about 2 months now and knock on wood everything has been great. I would highly recommend them for your next purchase. More
