Once we got there, Scott was incredibly friendly and amazing at helping us through the process from finding the car we had our eye on, showing us the features, putting it aside for us the next day and taking us through the purchasing process. At no point was anyone pushy, fake or dishonest- we got only the facts and everyone was very thorough and patient with us! Frank from finance was easy to talk to and awesome at showing us our finance options. At Novak, you get what you see, no red tape or smoke and mirrors. I was a bit hesitant about purchasing a car in another state, but this dealership received so many good reviews, I thought it was worth the drive. What a great experience! The showroom is beautiful! I called ahead and spoke with Gabe who met us at the door. He was a pleasure to deal with - there was no hard sell. He showed us the car I had found and within 4 hours, I was driving back to CT in my new (used) Jeep! The process was so easy and the customer service there is fantastic. The price of the car was very fair and it was beautifully detailed. All their cars look new! It was absolutely worth the drive. I wouldn't hesitate to get another car there. Really great experience. When I finally found the car I loved that met all my requirements (all the cars are immaculate from inside out). I felt comfortable buying a car here because they were so honest about everything that goes into buying a used car. Frank was an amazing help as well in the Finance department.
