Had a terrible experience buying a car. We bought a Honda pilot and asked for heated leather seats to be installed. First it took 2 weeks to get the leather seats installed. But they forgot to install the he pilot and asked for heated leather seats to be installed. First it took 2 weeks to get the leather seats installed. But they forgot to install the heated seats inspite of repeatedly reminding them. It took multiple visits to get what we paid for. All in all they violate the golden rule - treat others like you would like to be treated. I am positive the sales person would have given the same terrible rating had they give through the experience that I did. More
