Very poor communication, rude We brought a car in, with an appointment, for oil change, tire rotation and car inspection. First if oil, the service worker pretends he has no idea about the Boch Honda West service specials which are emailed out to customers, then gives me a hard time when I show it to him on my phone saying it has to be printed out. Even worse, they kept the car for over 7 hours. We dropped it at 10:30 am and when I called at 2:30 pm was told because we weren’t waiting there it went to end of line and it wouldn’t be ready to 5:30-6pm. called again at 5pm and rudely told still not ready.
