Were very accomodating! WE originally were going to purchase a used 2018 but found it was in an accident. We were so impressed with his offer to make us happy that we decided to purchase a new car instead.My only complaint is that we should have been given the CarFax at the time of our first meeting, otherwise it was a very positive buying experience, We have bought two CRV"S from Boch and we would not have come back if we were not satisfied the first time.We were always kept in the loop on the delivery times by the salesman by phone which we appreciated. Free recall repair is never free I was called to bring my 2012 Honda Civic in for a recall on Emission functions. They fixed that but also told me i needed a couple of other things, I was called to bring my 2012 Honda Civic in for a recall on Emission functions. They fixed that but also told me i needed a couple of other things, where labor costs alone were over $250. I probably should have said no but... So in the end, they did a good job but I paid for the recall repair in other ways. Also I overheard a woman at the counter mention hostility in the work place leading me to believe there were unhappy employees. More

Sam was very accommodating ! Everyone there is pleasant! I went for sn inspection sticker and check winter items! As it turned out 1,000.00 dollars and 3 1/2 hours later I left! Everyone there is pleasant! I went for sn inspection sticker and check winter items! As it turned out 1,000.00 dollars and 3 1/2 hours later I left! That was a little surprising to say the least! As it turned out I needed rear calipers and two new tires ☹️ It just seemed to take a long time for the work I had done!! Almost 4 hrs of waiting! That was the only unpleasant thing! Very unpleasant!!!! More

Great Customer Service I use Boch Honda West for repair services on my Honda Fit. They do great repair work and their customer service representatives in the Service Departm I use Boch Honda West for repair services on my Honda Fit. They do great repair work and their customer service representatives in the Service Department are all very nice. Specifically, Rebekah was very detailed and replaced the battery in my car key without me having to ask or even mention it. She noticed the key issue right away and when I picked up my car, she had replaced the battery for me. What a nice surprise. Sometimes it’s the little things that make the difference. Thanks Rebekah!
