Can’t get it right Not sure what is going on. My Honda Accord has 32k miles and I’ve got it serviced at the Boch Westford 4-5 times already. 1st visit was great and felt Not sure what is going on. My Honda Accord has 32k miles and I’ve got it serviced at the Boch Westford 4-5 times already. 1st visit was great and felt trustworthy but ever since then the service has dropped their game. Every time I leave the dealership after an oil change and tire rotation, my engine and tire indicator turns ON after driving off. At first I was nice about it and thought everyone makes mistakes, but this happens every service. There is nothing wrong with my car. Ive learnt how to reset the settings myself and I basically gave up. Last service they gave me a complementary oil change which was nice of them to do but my last visit, I was promised a $10 off coupon and never got it, my oil maintenance Code still states that I need to change my oil and filter, and I got a ridiculous estimate of getting new tires that cost $1200 which the numbers don’t add up. Tires alone cost $700, not sure how to increases to $1200. Must be the premier package. sorry guys but I can’t continue to bring my car to someone that I can’t rely on, it was great for me because I live 10 minutes away but i rather travel more to get the proper work done with no worries. More

My understanding was that the one I purchased would for 7 years from the time I bought my car, but it expired after only 4 years because the car was 3 years old at the time I purchased it. The Boch Honda employee at the time failed to make this clear to me. I would certainly not have purchased a service contract which was nearly half way to expiration. More
