Great car - customer service average. The location is convenient from my house. We were greeted at the door the first time we came to test drive and get more information about the Passport The location is convenient from my house. We were greeted at the door the first time we came to test drive and get more information about the Passport. Chris was knowledgeable about the Passport but seemed rushed when he showed us the vehicle. In general the whole experience seemed rushed. I had an internet price in hand when we got there and I was able to bargain via email with Chris when I received a lower price from another Honda dealership. I left both email messages and a voice message with Chris that took awhile to return. I tried 6-7 times to reach anyone at the dealership so I could leave Chris a message when I hadn’t heard back from him via email and no one picked up the phone (this was during open dealership hours). When my husband and I came back in I expressed to Chris my hesitation with overall customer service. I had concerns. We were also told that service does not have loaner cars and will only shuttle 10 miles from the dealership. I expressed to Chris that this was a huge concern for me as my last Honda dealership in MA has both loaner cars and shuttles me from Lancaster to Hudson. Overall I am very happy with my new car but I feel the dealership customer service isn’t on par with other car dealerships I have recently shopped with. More
