From the door til the end FANTABULOUS. I bought a used Mazda. William showed me how to operate some of the features..very patient bc I am 73! I loved the video showing my work being done. And the female who told me my car was finished and took my payment was very pleasant too. And the price was reasonable about 100$...lexus of wilmington where i bought my car wanted $138 for the same thing and I am not sure their service people are trained in Mazda care. More

My car sounds and rides and handles and accelerates worse than it did before I brought it in. My wheels feel like they’re going to fall off, it’s making weird clanking sounds, the transmission sounds funny a than it did before I brought it in.
