every time I come to your dealership they take my air filter out and tell me I need a new one. and I rarely need a new one , I change it every 20, 000. last time I was there they didn't secure the housin filter out and tell me I need a new one. and I rarely need a new one , I change it every 20, 000. last time I was there they didn't secure the housing and I drove around for a few days with excessive engine noise and God knows what kind of contaminants getting in my car before I realized what the problem was. this past Thursday they took out the filter and when they put it back in they shredded the corner. I will never come to your dealership ever again. you just lost a customer of 10 years. More
