Boch toyota is the worst experience I have ever been through in my life.All they do is lie and preasure you. I cant understand why anyone would even consider even buying parts at this store never mind b through in my life.All they do is lie and preasure you. And we told him we know you gave us best price you need to let us think, he insists we make a decision in that instant not everyone works that way. In the end he even tells us dont waste my time if you are not buying a vehicle. We just needed a day or 2 to make sure everything was in place. We were so depsperate to a car we were hoping to have it ASAP. but after we went to Boch toyota pls AVOID THE PLACE!!! More

I have been looking for a Tacoma for quite some time. I am not in any rush, so I finally see exactly what I am looking for. A Tacoma crew cab is listed on Ernie Boch's Toyota pre-owned page. I had them verify that they still have it. The sales rep Jewel tells me they do. I ask for the vin so I can run a carfax report. He gives it to me and I ask him to verify the asking price. He says 20,600 which is what the website says. Great! I "head on down" like Ernie says. I walk in and they ask Kushna to help me. I tell him what I am looking for, and we head right on out. No song and dance from him yet. He doesnt ask if I owe anything on my current car, just if I was going to trade. He hands me the keys for a test drive, and asks if I want them to get a trade in value. I say ok. I get in the truck, and its basically been cleaned. The seats have some staining, so I figure they havent had a chance to really detail it. I notice the check engine light comes on and stays on (no blinking) the whole time. I take it out and pull over, I rummage around, all the previous owners stuff is in the storage compartments. The bed smells like manure, and has a bunch of clothes in it. Whatever. When I get back, I am basically still interested. I tell Kushna that it should be cleaned and that the engine light is on. He tells me it just got brought in (ok that explains the mess) and that the engine light just means it needs an oil change. Whatever dude, its not blinking (which is what a tacoma does when it needs an oil change). He hasnt thoroughly pissed me off yet, so we sit down. He tells me what they offer for the trade, ok. Then he says they are selling the truck for a little over 25K. I tell him the website and Jewel quoted 20,600. He says they were wrong. Total bait and switch scam!!!! I have heard a lot of people say that Boch did right by them. That may be true, maybe I am in the minority. I would never recoment them. If you get Kushna for a sales rep, ask for someone else. Rather than tell you he doesnt know something, he just makes it up. Total BS. More

I have been dealing with Arnaldo for over the past 2 years. He helped me with purchasing my first Toyota Rav 4. I am now trading my car in for the 2007 rav 4. He is a very experienced sales person. He will work with you in order to make your purchase feel to you as comfortable as possible. He is a very outgoing and spirited man who I feel enjoys his work and keeps his customers happy with bonding on a one to one basis in ways to keep them happy. I asked for a refund and was told that I would receive a check which still has not come. I had the work done at another Toyota dealership. I had a couple questionable experiences with the service department at Boch Toyota in Norwood, and I was giving them one last chance this month. Long story short, while I was out shopping the service rep called me suggesting that I have more work done to my car. He quoted prices that I found reasonable and decided to have the work done (brake pad replacements and wheel realignment). When I showed up to pick up my car, they were charging me almost $200 more than I had authorized (I believe that he failed to quote me the labor charges). After two days of phone calls back and forth with service rep and service manager, they refused to believe me that the service rep had quoted the incorrect price. No attempts were made to rectify the situation. I will not service my car at that location again, or buy a new car from them in the future. More

Overall, Boch Toyota seems to be a very big player, and because of its size, it's very professional and it feels more reliable and trustworthy. I ended up buying a Camry from Boch, and my salesperson was Charles Lee. Charles has been very friendly, helpful and knowledgable. He definitely shows a lot of ethusiam and good work ethics. He takes a lot of ownership, and will guide you from the beginning to the end, making himself the point-of-contact for everything. So a customer would not feel lost or ignored like in some other dealerships. The pricing on my car is great too. I believe a big dealership has lots of business flow, so they can afford giving out better prices. Overall, I would recommend this dealership, and doing business with Charles Lee has been pleasant. I have had an ongoing problem which has cause me to continue to bring my car back because no one can tell me whats going on, or i'm just told well maybe it's this. I was just in Boch on 8/15/06 service advisor mike altieri was very unprofessional. I have emailed Ernie Boch, Jr. never received an email back. The whole experience has taught me a valuable lesson that the quality of work is nothing if the customer service sucks! More
