Painless Process Mark was able to assist with questions, trade in values and help complete all the paperwork prior to our Saturday visit. We arrived around 9:30, took a test drive while they looked over our trade-in, completed paperwork around 10:00 and were on the road by 10:45 with a new (to us) car! I purchased a 2012 Tahoe from Mark at Nyhus Family Sales and he was great, I live 160 miles from the dealership and there were certain things I wanted to make sure were in good condition before I made the t and he was great, I live 160 miles from the dealership and there were certain things I wanted to make sure were in good condition before I made the trip. The staff was very friendly, easy going. They make the buying process fast. Jon was great to deal with full of laughter and fun! He was nice to deal with the financial part of my purchase. They really have an open door policy at Nyhus ;) Parking lot was full of cars! Greg was nice and accommodating to giving me all of my requests such as auto start installation, full tank of gas, and able to work with me on questions he wasn't aware of. In the future I would suggest staying away from the comments such as, "if you dont want the car we have others interested" This type of comment is not well recieved but in the end I'm happy I did get the car I wanted.
