Negative rating is better suited for Nyle Maxwell 620. To date, 7 month 2 weeks , car in repair waiting on parts due to inefficient supply chain. After 7 months it has become obvious no one in this whole Dodge organization is willing to do decent and proper customer service. Not once has anyone said sorry for the 4,5,6, 7 month inconvenience, let us offer you a loaner or rental, for 2-3 weeks, that’s the best we can do. That would have been of tremendous help. “Escalation” Directors and Managers all speak the same corporate playbook responses. We will definitely reach 8 months, and high probability we will see 9 months. But that means nothing to Nyle Maxwell or Dodge. More

Everyone I worked with was very professional and courteous. I feel like I got a good value on a a very high quality car. They will reel you what you want to hear just to sell you a vehicle, and will not represent you of any kind if you are out of town.
