My car has been at Hyundai more than I have had it recently!! I have Been there 3 times in the past month. 1st visit was great. Then my car broke down shortly after that. And I don’t know much about cars but would say whoever worked on it , messed something up. And I would have been ok with that , if they would have been honest. 3rd time..fuel injector (again) I was told fuel injectors can break in 2 weeks and Hyundai knows that have bad parts. Then I was told they put parts in that weren’t really made for my car. And were basically rigging it for jow til the parts come in. This was my first Hyundai, I lease, and it’s up in December. Your service dept isn’t doing you any favors with getting customers to stay w Hyundai! More

The purchase of my car was great. 3 weeks later my low tire light went on & I called. I was told that since it had beee red n chilly, that can happen. A week later it warmed up but 3 weeks later my low tire light went on & I called. I was told that since it had beee red n chilly, that can happen. A week later it warmed up but the light went on every day. Service patched it but charged me even though the car was weeks old & insured. My salesman Luis promised a $50 gift card to reimburse me. When I called another month later after leaving him an unanswered text, he never responded to either. Not sure if I can trust them for future care of my car, Jan K More
Service was excellent from appointment to receiving the finished work! Although I was 40 minutes late they squeezed me in and accomplished all the work.
