I guess appointments means nothing here at OC Welsh. Scheduled an appointment to have 2 tires mounted as well as have an alignment performed on 12/14/22 @2:00. Drove 45 miles to OC. Showed up a half hou Scheduled an appointment to have 2 tires mounted as well as have an alignment performed on 12/14/22 @2:00. Drove 45 miles to OC. Showed up a half hour early and was told the f250 alignment guy was on vacation. (Whý was I not informed of this prior?) I decided to go ahead and just have the tires mounted and wait for the alignment. I then had to wait another 2 hours to get two tires mounted. I guess this just bugs me because I have worked in this profession (motorcycle technician) for the past 8 years and have never seen such disorganization with service not to mention taking 2 hours to mount two tires. No lie, when I did tires at Chevy, me and another guy could whip all four tires mounted and balanced in 22 minutes (it was timed). So yeah all I see at service a tOC Welsh is laziness. Shame on ya'll! I'll be getting my alignment elsewhere. More

Service department is terrible. They do not fix the issue then they don’t communicate they did not repair the car and return it to the customer.
