Ford Transit - Cargo Van I came in to look at a Transit van. While the vehicle was listed in inventory, and there were keys for it, it had in fact been sent to another dealer I came in to look at a Transit van. While the vehicle was listed in inventory, and there were keys for it, it had in fact been sent to another dealer. Before it was discovered that the van was no longer on the premises Endy did a great job of trying to track it down on the lot, driving us around to try to find it. Unfortunately I also lost something while there. When I came back to look for it Endy was a champ, helping me retrace our steps. While the item was never found, I wholeheartedly appreciate the effort he made in both “hunts”. If I decide to go forward with a vehicle from this dealership I will definitely work with him. More

Blowout on 95 Coming back from St. Augustine Florida my right rear tire blew out. Fortunately I was exiting I95 on the last leg of my drive. I had my car towed to O Coming back from St. Augustine Florida my right rear tire blew out. Fortunately I was exiting I95 on the last leg of my drive. I had my car towed to O.C. Welch on Saturday afternoon. I went to the OC on Monday and saw Shannan in the Quick Lane. She researched tires.that were available for that day and my car was ready late afternoon with four new Continentals. The response was quick, easy and efficient and call backs were immediate.
