Not forceful Ken met us in the car lot and he was very nice spoken did not force him self on us or to buy a truck but we were just looking he ask what we were look Ken met us in the car lot and he was very nice spoken did not force him self on us or to buy a truck but we were just looking he ask what we were looking for we explained and he showed us some models and we said that there was something on lot we had looked at and he went and pulled it up we talked about price and we got it. We also test drove it. But the big thing was he went over the truck with us after we got it before we drove away. He helped me with the Ford APP. I would recommend Ken to any one.
