Sam Deen introduced himself and asked if I had any questions. He walked me out to the truck and reviewed the history and features of the truck. He allowed me to test drive the truck and followed up by answering my questions. Never once did I feel pressured or intimidated about his sales approach. By Saturday we had a deposit on the truck and just needed to finish the paper work. Sam was the best sale person I have ever dealt with. Our encounter with the fiance person Gerald was equally pleasant..I'm impressed with the standard of service O.C. Welch provided. I live in the Charlotte NC area but will drive the 4.5 hours to get my service work done in Hardeeville SC. More
