2nd Car within 9 months I always bought my cars through my brother in law until he retired and he reminded me that Frank Stephens worked at O.C. Welch. Because of my business I always bought my cars through my brother in law until he retired and he reminded me that Frank Stephens worked at O.C. Welch. Because of my business I don't have a lot of time to shop so I called Frank last October and gave him an idea of what I was looking for. When I arrived Mike Morris had pulled several vehicles for me to look at and I got a great deal on a slightly used Explorer. Gerald Burke was extremely helpful with the financing and warranty extension. I was very happy with the car and even more so when I was blindsided by another driver on May 19. The car was totaled but I was able to walk away (through the back seat) with only a couple of scratches. I was very lucky and I think the size of the car prevented any serious injury. I called Frank again right after the accident and told him to be looking out for something similar to what I had. I turned in my rental car yesterday. I couldn't use our other car to go to Hardeeville because my wife needed it for work. I called Frank and he gave me a ride to the dealership this morning. Again, Mike had several cars lined up for me. I was given the keys and was able to pick another Explorer similar to what I had, but with a lot more additions. They had just traded this vehicle in but were going to go through the Certified Pre-Owned list. I was given a loaner and was able to get some work done before coming back this afternoon. When I returned, the car was ready and since Gerald had all my information from the last time, it made the process very smooth to finish everything. Now I feel like I have three brothers-in-law in the car business! More
