Great experience Having purchased many different vehicles from many dealers in multiple states we found this dealership a great pleasure to work with. We visited the lot on Sunday scoping out different vehicles, found one we liked asked for a test drive via online site and received a call first thing Monday morning from Lawrence Washington. By 1:30 this afternoon we are the happy owners of a 2018 Escape. Kudos to everyone we dealt with and we will highly recommend the dealership and especially Mr. Washington who was a pleasure to meet and deal with. I needed a convertible for a weekend special event. I called O. C. Welch Ford and explained my request to the Car Rental department. I was told they didn't have the type of vehicle I was looking for available that weekend but suggested I talk to Mr. Welch and explain my request. My call was transferred to his receptionist and in just a few seconds, I was speaking with Mr. Welch. Mr. Welch quickly worked out an alternative and made available a beautiful Ford Mustang convertible for use in the Memorial Day Parade. He couldn't have been more pleasant and really made it possible for my participation in this event to occur. Thank you, Mr. Welch! More
