Well Taken Care of San Ward was the service rep I dealt with and Nancy Andrews was very helpful. I sent an e mail to dealership explaining car issue. Dan Ward called r San Ward was the service rep I dealt with and Nancy Andrews was very helpful. I sent an e mail to dealership explaining car issue. Dan Ward called right back, scheduled an appointment and met me on time to accept the car. He called me and told me the repair would take a few days as parts needed to be ordered. He offered a loaner if I needed it. Car was ready a few hours early and Dan called and we could pick up. Dan also apologized for a previous problem caused by incorrect mileage in computer. He corrected the mileage issue and showed me the correct information on my car. I was quite satisfied with this visit and OC Welch is lucky to have people like Dan and Nancy on staff. More

Pleasant and refreshing experience. I initially considered going to a chain company for my first oil change because of previous experiences at other dealerships.
