Service This is the first time dealing with O.C. Welch. I previously owned a Silverado. I now have an F150, which I love. I had a small coolant leak in the Tu This is the first time dealing with O.C. Welch. I previously owned a Silverado. I now have an F150, which I love. I had a small coolant leak in the Turbo. I called the Sevice department, and Spoke with Dan Ward. Dan was able to schedule an appointment immediately. I took the truck in, and they discovered it would take a week to fix. 15 mins later I drove off in a brand new King Ranch as a courtesy of O.C. Welch. Dan gave me his personal cell, knowing my schedule is all over the place. In less than 48hrs, Dan called and the truck was ready. Amazing. Dan’s Knowledge, Customer Service, and Communication was nothing short of Excellent. Well above and beyond any dealership or representative of a dealership I’ve ever worked with. It’s a breath of Fresh Air to be treated with respect and a caring attitude to satisfy your customers. Outstanding Service while on vacation While on vacation the ignition came out of the column on my vehicle. The vehicle still ran. I called the dealer and explained the issue to Dan. He said if I thought the truck was safe to drive to please bring it in. I brought the vehicle in and Dan inspected the ignition and explained what it would need. He had the parts delivered the next day. I brought the vehicle in, 1.5 hours later I was on my way and back into vacation mode. What a relief. Also, while I was waiting for the repair I talked to Ben in parts about a trim piece I was unable to obtain from the Lincoln dealer in Texas. Ben had the parts in stock and that really made my day. The service experience was outstanding on all accounts. More

Professionalism in the Auto Sales Industry My wife and I have been looking at Ford F-150's for quite awhile, but also had interest in the Ford Explorer. We drove out there, in the rain, browse My wife and I have been looking at Ford F-150's for quite awhile, but also had interest in the Ford Explorer. We drove out there, in the rain, browsed around and saw two vehicles we shared interest in. We walked inside and met Mr. Washington. He was professional, courteous, answered all of our questions. In addition, he put both vehicles side by side so we could compare to see which would suit our needs the best. Without hesitation, he asked if we wanted to take a test drive. We did. Although we did not purchase a vehicle that day, there was NO pressure from Mr. Washington to get us to buy. We will definitely go back to this dealership and deal with Mr. Washington again. I highly recommend him. I wish more car dealerships had people like Mr. Washington. More
