repairs This van was towed in by ford to this dealership. This was 7 months ago. At first the service department would communicate with me on what they though This van was towed in by ford to this dealership. This was 7 months ago. At first the service department would communicate with me on what they thought was wrong. For some reason that changed constantly. The reason wasn't it stumped them what was wrong, it was slowly decided upon that they didn't have a clue what they were doing. They thought it was this, then no it was this. Of course this was over a couple of months. Oh how I wish I had towed it somewhere else. 7 months later and $5300. they say it is ready for pickup as soon as they get paid of course. You know I have heard every excuse as to why it has take so long. The last excuse 2 months ago was the part was on back order. I called and got the part number and told them I had friends in the parts department and was gonna check. Lo and behold 3 days later the part came in. I'm sorry but I will never use them again or recommend to anyone. More
