Outstanding Service I had to take my 2014 Ford Focus in for it's 60K mile check-up, but I also wanted to address an ongoing issue with a stutter in the transmission. (Tho I had to take my 2014 Ford Focus in for it's 60K mile check-up, but I also wanted to address an ongoing issue with a stutter in the transmission. (Those of you with this model car are probably aware of the class action lawsuit involving the transmission issues in the Ford Focus) Karl Hunsinger did an outstanding job taking care of all of my needs. He communicated with me regularly, sharing information on the issues found throughout the check up on my car. He was very open and honest about all associated costs and was patient with all of my questions. Unfortunately, it was discovered that the stutter issue was not directly associated with the ongoing transmission issues. The stutter was being caused by the clutch going bad (most likely an aftereffect of the ongoing transmission issue). To replace the clutch would cost $1700! He offered to write Ford and request financial assistance from them to help offset the cost to me. (They ultimately offered up $250, which is a side issue I will be addressing directly with Ford). He even had my car cleaned before returning it to me! I could not have been more pleased with the service provided by Karl and the OC Welch Service team! I will definitely take my car back to them and highly recommend Karl to anyone who needs work done on their car! More

Best used car experience I've ever had. I don't usually buy used but in this case it worked perfectly. I traded my older Ford F-250 for a certified used F150 which will fit my needs very wel I don't usually buy used but in this case it worked perfectly. Very difficult fuel delivery problem. On our Ford Fusion 2013 we had a troublesome stalling problem. It took several weeks for service to finally get a code for the issue. They provided us On our Ford Fusion 2013 we had a troublesome stalling problem. It took several weeks for service to finally get a code for the issue. They provided us with a vehicle in the interim. I can't say enough how well they approached this very insidious problem. Initial test drives show no indication of stalling. Apparently the problem was a fuel pressure sensor. I would have to say that the service people went above and beyond to help resolve our issue especially considering how very busy they all were. More

I told him exactly what I was looking f I went in to OC Welch after visiting a number of dealerships. The experience with Ed Goethe was outstanding. I told him exactly what I was looking for and what my budget was. He respected that and din't try to sell beyond what I could afford. When vehicles shown didn't work for us, Ed was ready with the next option. I was given a reasonable amount for a trade-in and ended up purchasing two vehicles from O.C. Welch. I have shared my great experience with anyone that will listen. Thank you for everything and I will be back the next time I need a vehicle. More
