Excellent Service Department. The service department was excellent. They diagnosed issues with the computer in my F-150 that another dealer could not. I just picked it up today and it seems to run better than before the issues arose, Dan in the Service Department was very helpful and kept me informed of the progress on a daily basis. Happy Customer! I recently moved to the area. My lease will be up on my vehicle in September, so I’m browsing for a new car. I haven’t committed to any particular bra I recently moved to the area. My lease will be up on my vehicle in September, so I’m browsing for a new car. I haven’t committed to any particular brand, but I definitely like the Ford Explorer. I came in the other day and talked to Ken Foss. He gave me a lot of really good advice, with no pressure. I told him I didn’t really know exactly what I want, but I’m open to some suggestions? We had a really great discussion. He knew I wasn’t ready to buy, but still spent time with me. I ended up test driving the explorer, wow I was really impressed! My previous experiences at dealerships haven’t been so memorable. So thank you again Ken, I will stay in touch. More
