First scheduled service. Took my 2017 F350 diesel back to the dealership today for it's first service at 7,000 miles. I had pre-arranged a service loaner, however on arrival, Took my 2017 F350 diesel back to the dealership today for it's first service at 7,000 miles. I had pre-arranged a service loaner, however on arrival, the more than cordial staff advised me it would only take about an hour to complete. I decided to just wait since I couldn't make another round trip back in that amount of time anyway. No point racking up miles on a loaner for an hour, right? After some visiting and strolling the lot for a half hour, I returned to service to watch the tech take care of my truck. Fifty five minutes later, I'm rolling back to Pooler. Outstanding service experience at O C Welch Ford. More
