Quick Lane Oil Change...Not so Quick or modern O.C.Welch Ford is a great modern Ford Lincoln Dealer. I am happy I purchased My F-150 at O.C.Welch and will return there for my next truck. However ha O.C.Welch Ford is a great modern Ford Lincoln Dealer. I am happy I purchased My F-150 at O.C.Welch and will return there for my next truck. However had I known how antiquated the quick change oil change operation was, I would never have taken my truck there for oil changes. The Quick Lane Oil Change is the Achilles Heal of the entire operation. The check-in process is slow, and you fill out a paper on a clip board. (like the 1980's) You cant make appointments as the service is set up first come first serve. I visited the Quick Lane Oil Change twice in 2017 and will not return. they can have my remaining two free oil changes. I will go to J.C.Lewis Ford for the oil changes in the future. The lady that checks you in could easily streamline the process and check customers in by the computer using phone number, name, etc,,.I spoke with a retired airline pilot while waiting over an hour for just an oil change this morning. we both agreed the process was 30 years past needing a review, and update to modernize the process..He said he has told them many times about this issue to no avail. So I am writing this review in hopes someone with some authority brings a fresh and modern approach to conducting oil changes. Jiffy Lube would be out of business if they used this slow, past business model for oil changes. The lady at the Quick Lane Oil Change (Shannon) didn't seem very happy or enthusiastic to be conducting her job at all. She was not friendly and seemed uncaring. It took them an hour to do the oil change with no tire rotation at all. The Quick Lane Oil Change is in stark contrast to the rest of the excellent operation that O.C.Welch has built there. More

Easiest car buying experience thanks to Scott! After my jeep breaking down yet again, I decided to get a more reliable vehicle. Walked into the dealership at 4pm and drove away in my new car before After my jeep breaking down yet again, I decided to get a more reliable vehicle. Walked into the dealership at 4pm and drove away in my new car before 6:30. I told Scott my budget and requirements and he was able to quickly pull up a list and narrow it down to only vehicles that matched my needs and were within my budget. Scott was incredibly informative but when I said I didn't like something, he went right to the next one without wasting any time. When I found a car that worked for me, he explained all the features (coming from a Wrangler without a radio or AC/heat.... it was like a new world to me). He gave us a fantastic deal on the car, he and Gerald took all of 30 minutes, if that, to complete paperwork, and I had the keys in hand. Although it was late and they were about to close, Scott washed the car for me and even programmed my phone to the Sync system. Scott understood that I needed a vehicle that day, and made the entire experience incredibly stress-free and easy. Although I don't live in HHI anymore, I will absolutely recommend Scott and OC Welch to anyone who asks. Thanks to him, I made it home safe and sound and am loving my Escape! More

Amazing Service! I recently moved to South Carolina from Massachusetts. This morning I had a problem with my car - it wouldn't start. I called Lincoln Roadside Assista I recently moved to South Carolina from Massachusetts. This morning I had a problem with my car - it wouldn't start. I called Lincoln Roadside Assistance. They took my car to the local Lincoln dealer. The staff was incredible! Even without an appointment they were able to diagnose the problem and make the update to the onboard computer system. Problem solved in under an hour. Both Steve (the Service Director) and Cindy (the Service Advisor) were great! This was probably the best service experience I have ever had! More
