Hub Assembly Repair I cannot say enough about my experience to express my gratitude. I have had many poor experiences with Ford Corporate and with other Ford dealerships, I cannot say enough about my experience to express my gratitude. I have had many poor experiences with Ford Corporate and with other Ford dealerships, but not this dealership. I was assisted by Daniel on the phone. He helped me set up an appointment as soon as one was available. Understanding I needed a loaner for work, he was more than willing to work with me and not have me charged the full amount of the loaner. I dropped my car off after work one evening. I was greeted and assisted by Nancy. She was very warm and welcoming. She explained every step as we went along, and we were able to get a few jokes back and forth being that it was end of business day and we were both obviously tired. We then were able to get a loaner approved and paperwork started. I was then handed off to Mike. Mike had a great personality. Very personable and easy to work with. I always joke when I need a rental that I want a convertible. This dealership actually put me in a convertible! It was a ROUCH series 1 too! The next day, I got a call from Nancy to inform me that they were able to diagnose the issue(s) and that they would do their best to complete the repair same day. A few hours later, I received a Voice Mail that my car was repaired and ready for pick up! Nancy also informed me that my repair was completely free because it was under warranty! When I went in to pick up, they also covered my loaner for the day! Overall, it took 25 mins to drop off from start to finish. It took 15 mins to pick up. They were obviously busy as well during both of my visits, but the staff was calm, composed, professional, and friendly in every way possible. Mike even came out of his way to talk to me and say hello. Truly a great experience. I wish all of Ford encompassed this dealerships values and commitment to service. They went out of their way to handle issue(s) I had, assure me it was covered and repairable, and get things done in a faster than expected manner. Truly one of a kind experience and dealership. Look forward to more visits...For routine maintenance that is! ;) More
