The whole purchase experience was so impressive, we went back last week to trade in the other vehicle for a F-150. We were fortunate enough to have Scott Henthorn show us the ropes of all the available trucks that met my lengthy list of demands. After I picked out what I wanted, Scott worked hard to make all the numbers pan out the way we wanted. We could not be more satisfied with our experience! Fair trade in values, and I promise you won't find a more trustworthy, honest group of salesmen around. Not to mention OC has THE BEST pricing on new and certified trucks I found within 500 miles (and believe me, I looked)! Gerald quickly hooked us up with financing, and I went home with a new truck! If you are in the market for a car or truck in the low country and you DON'T go see Scott and Gerald at OC, you are truly missing the mark! More

The salesman John Willoughby of O C Welch Ford/ Lincoln Inc. was knowledgeable and friendly. He explained the vehicle and equipment, as well as the selling price very well. He was not a "high pressure" sales person, which we appreciated. The negotiations were friendly and were soon concluded with both parties happy. The dealership was easy to work with and we received our new truck in about 45 minutes to an hour after the sale was completed. I cannot say enough good things about the sales staff, and the maintenance staff for the prep work they did. John was an excellent sales person. We would highly recommend this dealership and this salesman to anyone who is in the market for a new vehicle. More

Above and Beyond My 2017 Ford Escape was having a problem starting. When I tried to start my car it would not start and a message came across the screen about saving My 2017 Ford Escape was having a problem starting. When I tried to start my car it would not start and a message came across the screen about saving the battery. Once that went through, the car started. It wouldn't start and a 1/2 hour later. I called OC Welch and they said they were fully booked due to Hurricane Irma coming to SC and evacuation was to start early tomorrow a.m. I went over to the dealership , my husband following me and spoke to one of the managers. I told him what was going on and he said not to worry, I have it looked at. I told him I thought it was the battery and he tried it but said he doubted that. We received a call several hours later and guess what it was the battery - two cells in the battery were not working. I thanked them for coming to my rescue, but cannot understand why my battery of 13 months was dead and had to be replaced. More
