Warranty Recall After receiving a recall notice from Ford, I scheduled an appointment with O.C. Welch to replace the seat belt extenders on my 2014 Fusion. The Servi After receiving a recall notice from Ford, I scheduled an appointment with O.C. Welch to replace the seat belt extenders on my 2014 Fusion. The Service Department was very prompt and pleasant in their handling of this matter which took less than an hour to complete the repair, at no cost to me. My thanks to O.C.
