Warranty/service work. I purchased a 2015 Roush RS1 Mustang from OC Welch July, 2016. The car is a performance package car with the upgraded brakes. My car developed a noise in the front brakes and the service department worked with me resolve the problem as per the TSB 15-0030. Outstanding job by Rick Zarkowski the Service Manager for handling the brake issue like a true leader. 100% customer satisfaction is his goal and he delivered. Service writer Nancy Andrews greeted me on Saturday morning with a smile and a positive can-do attitude. I wanted to have the oil changed and after market brake caliper covers installed while my car was in for the brake service and Nancy was on it. Once the work was completed, Nancy sent me a text photo of my car so show me the brake caliper covers. You have a Mustang owner that is very happy with his car and his dealership. I am looking forward to the day when I can order my next Mustang from the OC Welch Team. More
