Emergency Service My wife and I were traveling on I-95 when the engine light came on along with other warnings in Ford Transit diesel powered camper. We pulled off the interstate and found this dealership at 5:30pm. Unfortunately they were just closing the service department and their diesel technicians had left for the day. We talked to the service manager and members of the parts department and they gave us numbers for other dealers that may still be open. None were so the manager agreed that if we brought it in first thing in the morning his fully booked techs would take the time to run diagnostics and if it was a minor problem perhaps be able to fix it e showed up early and they ran the diagnostics, found nothing wrong and sent us on our way. Later in the morning new warnings came on and we had to stop in Rural South Carolina. The manual did not help because it did not list the warnings we were getting. We called the Welch Ford Service department and by a process of elimination realized we were out of Diesel Exhaust Fluid. Again hey were very helpful even though they did not make any money on our service. More
