Amazing deal on a Ford Flex I've been working with Ed Briscoe to find just the right vehicle for my family. Ed suggested the Ford Flex. A huge amount of room for two growing boys I've been working with Ed Briscoe to find just the right vehicle for my family. Ed suggested the Ford Flex. A huge amount of room for two growing boys, sports and band equiptment. Plenty of leg room in the back which is really why I was searching for a new vehicle. Ed took his time to educate me on the car and all the bells and whistles. I really liked Ed's no pressure approach. He really just enjoys sharing information about the products. Best dealer support ever I’m very happy with Nancy and the service at OC WELCH. My 2014 Focus has had numerous transmissions issues. While I’m not happy about that I am hap I’m very happy with Nancy and the service at OC WELCH. My 2014 Focus has had numerous transmissions issues. While I’m not happy about that I am happy about how they handle it. They always work me in, provide me a rental car and keep me informed and so far it’s cost me very little. Great Tire Purchase/Installation and Special Followup Repair Shannan Tanner, Quick Lane Adv. responded to my telephone call regarding ordering 6 tires for my truck and was very efficient and courteous. I was not Shannan Tanner, Quick Lane Adv. responded to my telephone call regarding ordering 6 tires for my truck and was very efficient and courteous. I was not able to provide the tire sizes nor the Vin of the truck, but she determined the sizes and sent an email with a price quote. The installation process on 4/26/18 was expedient. I did not have the spare tire access key with me and after finding it approximately two weeks later, she expedited the spare tire installation and explained the rebate process. Due to a slow leak from a valve extension, I returned 4/27/18 and Tech I13 Matt quickly and courteously removed one rear dually tire and inflated it which required considerable effort. He was very helpful explaining the possible cause of the slow leak. Thanks, it is good to experience this level of service. More

Service This is the first time dealing with O.C. Welch. I previously owned a Silverado. I now have an F150, which I love. I had a small coolant leak in the Tu This is the first time dealing with O.C. Welch. I previously owned a Silverado. I now have an F150, which I love. I had a small coolant leak in the Turbo. I called the Sevice department, and Spoke with Dan Ward. Dan was able to schedule an appointment immediately. I took the truck in, and they discovered it would take a week to fix. 15 mins later I drove off in a brand new King Ranch as a courtesy of O.C. Welch. Dan gave me his personal cell, knowing my schedule is all over the place. In less than 48hrs, Dan called and the truck was ready. Amazing. Dan’s Knowledge, Customer Service, and Communication was nothing short of Excellent. Well above and beyond any dealership or representative of a dealership I’ve ever worked with. It’s a breath of Fresh Air to be treated with respect and a caring attitude to satisfy your customers.
