Great value and service....what else is there? I recently purchased a new 2017 Ford Flex from John Willoughby at O.C. Welch. I am glad I did. I myself am in technology sales and am not an easy I recently purchased a new 2017 Ford Flex from John Willoughby at O.C. Welch. I am glad I did. I myself am in technology sales and am not an easy customer. On my first visit to look into this purchase I met John. John demonstrated that he had the ability to listen to our needs and offered guidance on how best to proceed. We negotiated a fair price without games that provided us the value we had hoped for. We ended up ordering a vehicle and not once did anyone try to push existing inventory. They wanted us to get exactly what we wanted. The delivery was a breeze and the paperwork was clearly stated without a single error. They took the time to do everything right the first time. During delivery we had a little rain. John actually towel-dried the car twice to make sure we were happy customers. He takes pride in Ford, his dealership, and his own personal brand. The store owner, O.C. pleasantly thanked us for our business as well. I will be sending family and friends to John when the situation presents itself.. I have used their parts and service departments with another vehicle and they share the same service culture. More

Worked with Ed on a Ford Expedition EL I saw online.
