On recent recall the Ford factory computers were offline due to mainte You can tell how good a service advisor is when there are unforeseen problems. On recent recall the Ford factory computers were offline due to maintenance issues. This resulted in OC not being able to complete the repair that day due to no fault on their part. Nancy kept me completely informed and arranged for a free loaner for me - repair complete next day.
