Once we selected our car, Kim and staff helped us get through the process quickly and efficiently. We were very happy with the selection to choose from, and very excited about our new Explorer. Great service, but always check the bill As always, I received excellent service from their friendly staff when I took in my recently purchased (from another dealer) 2012 Ford Fiesta to have As always, I received excellent service from their friendly staff when I took in my recently purchased (from another dealer) 2012 Ford Fiesta to have recall items taken care of and the manual transmission serviced. The transmission would routinely jump out of second gear when decelerating. As I had feared, a replacement transaxle was the best option. I left the car on a Wednesday afternoon. By the following Monday afternoon the rebuilt transaxle had been ordered, received, and installed. The two outstanding recall items had also been addressed. As I waited for my car to be driven around to the front of the service department, I reviewed my itemized bill, as I always do. Much to my surprise I found a $600 "core charge" on the bill. A "core charge" is the deposit for my old transaxle that the dealership gets refunded to them when they return my old unit to whomever rebuilds these things for them. When I pointed out this mistake to my service advisor, she very quickly contacted all the necessary people on the phone, and she had a refund to my credit card in a matter of minutes. The moral of my story is that even the best people sometimes make mistakes. So, it is always a good idea to review all your maintenance charges, and don't be afraid to ask about any item that you don't understand or that doesn't make sense. More

We returned 3 days later and Tony spent over an hour going over any questions we had regarding "new tech" and programed our phone for us We had a very friendly and efficient experience through the business papers to taking the car home. This we appreciate as we know just how long the experience of buying a car can be if backup in any department occurs. Everything is great and we love our new car. We are buyers from OC Welch since 1989 when moving from NJ to Hilton Head and they have never disappointed us. More

As soon as we walked in we saw a black Silverado and upon meeting and telling Scott Henthron what we wanted, he said, "I believe you just walked by the truck you are describing!" He was right. Scott did show us one other truck but the Silverado is what we wanted. Scott made the buying process easy and we were out of there in our new truck quickly. No pressure just very helpful. Explained all the features and went the extra mile. More
