Just what you should expect - very professional You can tell how good a service advisor is when there are unforeseen problems. On recent recall the Ford factory computers were offline due to mainte You can tell how good a service advisor is when there are unforeseen problems. On recent recall the Ford factory computers were offline due to maintenance issues. This resulted in OC not being able to complete the repair that day due to no fault on their part. Nancy kept me completely informed and arranged for a free loaner for me - repair complete next day. Other dealers in the past required many calls from me and lots of wasted time trying to find out progress of repairs. Nancy completely proactive in keeping me informed More
