After past not so good encounters with the OC Welch Ford service department, today's experience was excellent. Rear passenger side window stopped working Sunday afteroon (would not roll up) and when I calle service department, today's experience was excellent. Rear passenger side window stopped working Sunday afteroon (would not roll up) and when I called Monday morning, Mr. Kai Collins, the service manager, told me to bring the car in same morning. Upon arrival the car was immediately diagnosed and within a little over an hour I was on my way home with a repaired window. Thank you! More
