Byron was an amazing salesman. I looked online and didn't see alot of choices but I rode passed the dealership and saw a ton of vehicles. Alot of OC Welch used inventory wasn't on I looked online and didn't see alot of choices but I rode passed the dealership and saw a ton of vehicles. Alot of OC Welch used inventory wasn't online so Bryon scheduled a time and him and I walked the lot searching for a vehicle. Even when it started raining Bryon still walked with me until we found the perfect truck. The only issue I had was getting in touch with the service department after the sale. I left a voicemail and never got a call back. I would have never found my truck if it had not been for Bryon who had knowledge of the inventory even though nothing was online. OC Welch is a huge dealership and I would have gotten frustrated with such a large inventory if Bryon didn't guide me to exactly what was available. You will waste alot of time with the wrong salesman at OC Welch so just ask for Bryon and you can thank me later. More
