Have always taken vehicle here for service. Scheduled appointment and was planning on waiting. Was advised it could be around 3+ hour wait. The car I bought had an issue with the gas cap door that I didn’t know about and no one told me about. They sent me off with a half tank of gas, which I didn’t notice until I was on the road home, assuming I didn’t know about and no one told me about. They sent me off with a half tank of gas, which I didn’t notice until I was on the road home, assuming I had fuel because that’s what dealers usually do. When I was an hour from home I was almost out of fuel. I stopped to get some and couldn’t get the fuel door open. I had a toddler with me and we were an hour from home with no way of fueling up the vehicle and we were almost stranded. When testing out a vehicle, I don’t usually check the fuel door to make sure it opens- but it seems like the dealer knew it wouldn’t open and that’s why they didn’t put fuel in it. When I called my salesmen, he didn’t apologize he just avoided it and said he’d transfer me to finance to see if it would be covered in the extended warranty that I bought. It took my husband calling and talking to someone else before they offered to fix the vehicle and take care of it. The salesman also told me the window tints were legal, I get to my home state and it is illegal to have a tinted windshield. After I point blank asked. It’s not all negative. I do love the car I bought, the place is very friendly and kid friendly, it’s nice that they have a charging station for devices while you wait and there’s a cafe for food. It’s very clean and they work efficiently. I just had a bad experience the one time I was there. More

They have a good selection of cars and the dealership itself is very clean and comfortable. They make good offers on used cars and their pricing is reasonable. I had an issue with them getting my regis itself is very clean and comfortable. They make good offers on used cars and their pricing is reasonable. I had an issue with them getting my registration into the DMV and when I went in for my first oil change it took 3.5 hours. Needed my brakes checked and was told I'd need to leave my car with them for 5 days. 5 days to just check the brakes, not do a brake job, just check the brakes. The staff has been helpful and responsive but if they offer any sort of warranty or service plan I would recommend going somewhere else for it if you value your time. More
