I had previously posted a negative review and I have to 100% retract that. Steve Johnston, the COO, and Daniel Flatt, the General Sales Manager at O'Meara Ford met with me today and fully resolved my conc 100% retract that. They in fact exceeded my expectations and made me feel heard and valued as a customer. I went from a one star experience to a true FIVE STAR customer experience. Good day just dropped my rating i am waiting more than 2 months on my title and registration from you guys.i contacted dmv today and they still havent received documents from you guys.i live in texas now an months on my title and registration from you guys.i contacted dmv today and they still havent received documents from you guys.i live in texas now and need the title to register pickup in texas.my temp registration has expired too.called the dealership and no one is answering there phones.im really not happy as i was in texas dmv yesterday on my day off and they couldnt help me.can someone please call me back and tell me whats going on. Can I rate 0 stars? I called the dealership after owning my car for just at a year with less that 60k miles because my exhaust was HANGING OFF MY CAR. After telling me that my repairs WOULD be covered under my car for just at a year with less that 60k miles because my exhaust was HANGING OFF MY CAR. After telling me that my repairs WOULD be covered under warranty, they proceeded to charge me almost $200 for a “diagnostic fee” and informed me that my car was indeed NOT covered under warranty after they assured me it would be. Oh, and it would be an additional $800 to repair. I would have never brought it there in the first place!! I will NEVER be doing business with Ford again. More
