drove down from AZ in August to purchase a used f250 from Omara. Almost 5 months later I have yet to receive title paperwork as Omara FAILED to send the title paperwork on time to Arizona and to the correct Omara. Almost 5 months later I have yet to receive title paperwork as Omara FAILED to send the title paperwork on time to Arizona and to the correct address. I reached out to them in October and was told they had sent the paperwork and I need to reach out to local DMV office. I spent 6 hours of my time going to the local DMV office 3 seperate times to demand they get my paper work processed. Fast forward to November I found out Omara mailed my title paperwork to a DR office by mistake after I asked for tracking info from them. Since November to today end of December Omara has still failed to get my issue resolved and I get the run around from the title office each time I call. I have also asked for a call back from the dealerships general manager and exec and have not been able receive a response. I have practically been driving a vehicle and making payments for almost 5 months that does not have a registration and title in my name. I would never recommend buying from this dealer and this experience ranks as my worst dealer experience by far. More
