Problem was solved under warranty. But when I dropped off the car on a Friday afternoon, I was not sure whether or not I would be covered as I was told that if a rock hit the underca But when I dropped off the car on a Friday afternoon, I was not sure whether or not I would be covered as I was told that if a rock hit the undercarriage, I would be financially responsible for the damage. I spent the entire weekend worrying. However, it turned out to be a wheel bearing causing all of the problems. It was fixed under warranty and I was given a ride both to and from the dealership. Once the problem was solved, Mike notified me and explained the problem in detail. What a relief! This is my 4th Ford--I was hoping no serious problems. And I even got a free soda out of the deal. More

The costs were absolutely exorbitant, and the customer service was lacking to say the least. I came here because the other Ford dealerships are so backed up, and Omeara wasn't. The service of the vehicle was great done quickly got my vehicle back but, just my say so again the dealers , I was quoted a price lower than I paid and that's why I had my vehicle towed there in the first vehicle back but, just my say so again the dealers , I was quoted a price lower than I paid and that's why I had my vehicle towed there in the first place, but I was charged a higher price all said and done a little disappointed there of course who wouldn't be. It was just around $350 to $400 difference that's why I said something when I went to pay. Mike was a gentleman. More
