I bought a used vehicle here and their service and sales are shade. Don't trust a thing they tell you. Told me upon purchase that I'd get 2 years of maintenance and oil changes with the purchase. Went back to claim that on first oil change and had to pay because they said I didn't have it. They sold me 2014 manufactured tires on a 2021 F-150 truck and when I told them they accused me of lying and asked if my tires got stolen and refused to help in any way. After I bought the truck I asked them to tell me the security code for the buttons on the outside of the truck to be able to get into it. I assumed that would be common courtesy like I buy the truck you give me the key kind of thing. But no they wouldn't help me with that either. When I changed the cabin air filter on the truck myself for the first time after buying it there was a Mexican receipt behind the cabin air filter from the last owner. Almost as if the dealership didn't do any sort of routine maintenance on it before reselling it (even though they gave me a report saying they did). I bout the truck in August and the windshield wiper fluid they put in the truck froze on me when it got below 32 because they're so cheap they can't even put washer fluid good to 0 degrees even though Colorado routinely gets that cold. TRUST NOTHING THIS PLACE TELLS YOU. I walked away wondering if they put used engine oil in my truck when I paid them for an oil change. They cut corners everywhere else why not? When I changed the oil myself on the truck the MPG instantly went from 19.4 MPG to 22.4 MPG. More

I give this dealership a 1 star rating due to the fact I already told them the issue with my transmission.. $400 later they told me they are not able to fix my car. What more irritating is O'meara Ford took over a month to let me know they couldnt fix my transmission. Whats worse is I called the xxxxxxx that took my car never returned my calls 3 times.... When I finally retrieved my car, and complained I dont want anything to do with the xxxxxx... nobody gave a xxxx how bad the customer service was. I spent over $400 knowing what the problem was and all O'meara Ford said in essence.. xxxx off. Fact is, I regret buying a 2008 Mustang from this company.. I thought I could trust them. The bigger issue is I call Paul Odeki three (3X) times and he never returned my calls.. and because of it I berated somebody else due to his inability to do his job!.. Why the xxxx should I have to wait a full month to understand why car cannot be fixed? More
