I came to O’Meara with a problem I had been having all summer. I dealt with two other mechanics who bungled my initial problem into a four month saga they could never solve. I got to work with Peter i summer. I dealt with two other mechanics who bungled my initial problem into a four month saga they could never solve. I got to work with Peter in the service department at O’Meara. You don’t usually expect people behind the desk to know as much as the guys in the pit but Peter clearly had command of all of the systems I was dealing with. In the course of getting to the bottom of my problem one of his supervisors took an interest as well when it was not something she would normally be involved with. Barb seemed personally offended at the way my summer had gone and did a bunch of extra work to get me to a resolution. The most important thing I can tell you about these people is that they are trustworthy. They make you feel like you are the only customer they have. Can’t recommend O’Meara enough. More
