Brought truck in for warranty repair on tailgate latch . Told 2 ,3 times it be a day . 530 that night hadn't even touched it . Was then told maybe it get done by end of second day . Had an appointment scheduled, was emailed that my date was moved up. Came in and was told I didn't have an appointment so I had to take off work for no reason . Twice . Had a different car in for an oil change , 1030 appointment. Sat at the dealer til after 3 before they even started . Came into buy a new truck was offered 1500 to trade in my 250 . Went to another dealer an got 16,000. Had my 2018 250 in for auto tailgate release, they broke the clips off the trim doing the work . I live 5 blocks away and take everything to Longmont now . More

I was provided with a key and fob that did not work remotely, it was not fixed before I had to leave town. Trying to contact service person to help me get a fob that works locally (Bennington, VT) is f remotely, it was not fixed before I had to leave town.
