Problem was solved under warranty. But when I dropped off the car on a Friday afternoon, I was not sure whether or not I would be covered as I was told that if a rock hit the underca But when I dropped off the car on a Friday afternoon, I was not sure whether or not I would be covered as I was told that if a rock hit the undercarriage, I would be financially responsible for the damage. I spent the entire weekend worrying. However, it turned out to be a wheel bearing causing all of the problems. It was fixed under warranty and I was given a ride both to and from the dealership. Once the problem was solved, Mike notified me and explained the problem in detail. What a relief! This is my 4th Ford--I was hoping no serious problems. And I even got a free soda out of the deal. The service of the vehicle was great done quickly got my vehicle back but, just my say so again the dealers , I was quoted a price lower than I paid and that's why I had my vehicle towed there in the first vehicle back but, just my say so again the dealers , I was quoted a price lower than I paid and that's why I had my vehicle towed there in the first place, but I was charged a higher price all said and done a little disappointed there of course who wouldn't be.
