My wife and I are new to Denver and both drive ford vehicles. We chose Omeara because you could get our truck in for service much faster than the other dealers. What a great decision we made. Took forever to get the job done. Didn't give me an accurate quote. Overall poor service. I mean I think they the job right. I could not tell if they rotated the tires. I was kept informed of the work in progress and warranty requirements. I was greeted well and given the supply chain issues and the extent of the repair I’m very pleased with the work performed. The service writter, Earl, was on top of the technicians progress. The technician who trouble shot must be one of the best. Transmissions, especially the new ones with its adaptive leaning and control systems are complex and he facilitated repair/replacement expertly in my mind. My truck has never Ed performed this well since I purchased it. I also would complement the service manager for ensuring for employing such quality staff. More
