I would just like to say that Miranda is a special employee that went above and beyond to help me with my issue. The call center said that my vehicle would be looked at the same day I took it in. I specifically asked her if this was true and she agreed. Well she lied. It would be beneficial if you correct this issue before you loose customers. They did review the recalls on my car but ignored the warranty that I was concerned about, I reiterated that I wanted my TCM fixed 3 times and they told me it would.
